The Havre Residence

The design takes a darker, more atmospheric approach, using layered greys, black detailing and warm accent tones to create a distinctive urban character. A textured feature wall forms the backdrop of the living area, while the deep red leather seating introduces warmth and personality against the otherwise restrained palette.

Linear track lighting, mirrored surfaces and carefully placed decorative lighting strengthen the visual depth of the space. The marble-look television wall, vertical detailing and slim metallic trims add refinement without making the interior feel overly decorative, allowing the materials and lighting to become the main design language.

The living, dining and entrance areas are visually connected through a consistent palette, but each zone is given its own identity. The dining area combines a warm timber surface with darker built-in elements and a mirrored wall, helping the compact space feel more open while reflecting light and movement throughout the home.

At the entrance, a circular illuminated feature creates a strong arrival point and softens the surrounding dark finishes. The bedrooms continue the same contemporary direction through marble-look panels, concealed lighting, muted colours and streamlined storage, creating quieter private spaces while maintaining the overall character of the home.
