Yes, depending on the service arrangement.
For design-only projects, you may appoint your own contractor or supplier. For design & build projects, we usually work with our trusted suppliers and subcontractors to maintain coordination, workmanship control and accountability.
If you prefer to use your own supplier, we can review the arrangement and clarify responsibility before proceeding.

Our quotation is prepared based on confirmed scope, site condition, material direction, work complexity, access, timeline and coordination requirements.
We do not recommend preparing a full detailed quotation before the budget range, design direction and project requirements are reasonably clear.
This helps avoid misleading pricing, missing scope and unnecessary variation later.

We mainly serve Klang Valley, including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Bukit Jalil and surrounding areas.
For projects outside Klang Valley, we can review based on project size, scope and feasibility.
