Yes. We provide design-only, renovation-only and full design-and-build services. We will recommend the most suitable arrangement based on how much of the project has already been planned.

Yes, depending on the service arrangement. For design-only projects, clients may appoint their own contractors. For design-and-build projects, external suppliers or contractors should be discussed early so responsibilities, coordination and warranty coverage remain clear.

The timeline depends on the property size, scope, site condition, approval requirements, material lead times and complexity of the work. A more reliable schedule can only be prepared after the scope and site conditions are reviewed.

Changes after confirmation will be reviewed as variation works. We will clarify the additional cost, timeline impact and any effect on completed or ongoing work before proceeding.

Our design and renovation team primarily serves Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and the Klang Valley. Projects outside our usual coverage area may be considered depending on the scope, location and required level of site involvement.
