An existing corner-lot factory in Puchong, Selangor, was renovated to bring office and storage functions together within a single facility. Covering approximately 13,680 sq ft, the project combines a steel extension with updated office interiors.
SPACE + PLACE delivered the full design and build, covering the extension and interior renovation. The project was completed in February 2024 after approximately five to six months of work.
The steel extension added space for storage and offices. Connecting the new structure to the existing factory was a key part of the project.
The warehouse layout prioritises storage and access, with exposed steel framing that reflects the building’s industrial character.
The office introduces a warmer setting for daily work, meetings and informal discussions. Glass partitions maintain a visual connection between spaces, while the shared pantry and meeting area overlook the warehouse. Together, the interiors balance the practical needs of the facility with a comfortable working environment.
